The Australian Natural Beauty Co has introduced the use of recycled plastic packaging tubes, with all-new products making the switch. Their unit cartons are without polypropylene coating, enabling them to be recycled, alongside their office paper which is printed on both sides before being recycled.
This moisturiser is light and effective, and simple to apply. I love the process of squeezing it out of the bottle with the unique tube top. The scent is not overpowering, and the little tube means it’s easy for travelling and to store in your bathroom. I loved the simple and compostable/recyclable packaging that their products were sent in, and of course respect their cruelty free and vegan certifications
One of my favourites of all time, so light yet nourishing, the subtle essential oils make it so enjoyable to use and is the perfect makeup base. The recycling initiatives are wonderful, as are the 100% natural ingredients used. I like that they have altered the manufacturer so all their bottles are now recyclable. Constantly trying to reduce footprint is something I really resonate with, not just in beauty but in lifestyle in general.
This is one I would recommend to anyone with extremely dry sensitive skin. It is exactly what is says on the bottle – skin food. I use this on my entire body and for the whole family. I love the Weleda’s commitment to fair trade and their global support of small communities. I am also so interested in their biodiversity programme – it is such a holistic vision of skincare manufacturing and I am so glad they are sharing this in schools.
A beautifully light and intensely nourishing moisturiser which my skin absorbs surprisingly quickly. Super gentle on my skin and prepares it perfectly for makeup and the day ahead. Smells divine.
Despite being quite lightweight, this moisturiser is both nourishing and hydrating. I love that it contains calendula. It absorbs quickly so makeup can be applied instantly. After one week’s use, skin feels softer and smoother.
