The company is Peta Verified and works to EWG.org guidelines to ensure products are safe and effective. They only use recycled plastics and are at the forefront of research related to biodegradable bottles.
Unscented means fewer chemicals and tear-free is a huge plus as sometimes kids and shampoo do not mix! Plant-based and free from nasties is what I always look for in kid’s products. Cruelty-free and not tested on animals a big yes in my book. Love the simple and minimal packaging- I’ve already reused the postage box.
The Jack N’ Jill Hair and Body Wash is marketed as a gentle and simple formula, which has minimal scent. I appreciate that Jack N’ Jill selects non-toxic ingredients and has the ultimate goal of zero-waste packaging. They are PETA certified, which is a deciding factor for a lot of our purchases within our home.
I like that it is simple and non-toxic and works well on kids with sensitive skin. Also can be used on the dog! Love that it is non-toxic and natural. A no brainer for non-tox mums.
My kids (2 and 5 years) have sensitive skin and this shampoo and body wash works so well and we don’t have any skin flare-ups. The pump pack also has made them want to wash their hair themselves! It’s great as I know they won’t squeeze too much out so I can just sit back and relax!
Being unscented means that I can use this wash on my 2-year-old’s extremely sensitive skin: both his scalp and skin have responded really well to it! It’s easy to dispense and foams up nicely – meaning he can use the pump himself and apply to his body and hair, which he loves! My less-sensitive four-year-old loves using it too.
