Responsible – NueBar create vegan, cruelty-free and palm oil-free products. All of their major base oils are certified organic (argan, olive, coconut, cacao butter). Their coconut oil is Fair Trade and sourced from Nuilife who give 100% of profits back to the community in the Solomon Islands where it is produced. Their cacao butter is also Fair Trade and sourced via Maretai Organics from a Farmer’s collective in Peru.
All products are handmade by NueBar in Sydney, and their premises are supplied with power by rooftop solar or renewables supplier Powershop. Cardboard packaging is from recycled paper, printed in Australia with soy-based inks and is compostable. Postage is delivered using carbon neutral couriers Sendle.
Love this idea! I love to travel and am over carrying heavy bottles that are hard to pack and might leak. This fantastic little tin complete with a shampoo and conditioner is ready to go with you. The products smell lovely too.
These bars feel and smell great, are easy to use and I noticed a difference with my hair straight away. No residue left which can leave my hair feeling limp, as noticed with some other brands of shampoo bar. The travel tin is a useful size and makes the soap easy to transport in an overnight bag.
This travel kit revolutionises how light you can pack for a trip away. Before I tried shampoo bars, I would never have believed that in such a tiny tin I would be able to have a week’s worth of shampoo and conditioner. Particularly such great hair care products too – my hair has never felt so soft and shiny, or been so easy to brush!
Travelling with shampoo and conditioner has always been a little messy for me. This cute little tin is super light and fits snuggly into my wash bag. And best of all, it contains mini versions of two of my favourite finalists from the hair care category.
The little tin that the shampoo and conditioner bar comes in is perfect for travelling— light-weight and compact. The shampoo lathered up very nicely and the conditioner left my hair feeling smooth. The letters S & C are stamped into the bar so you know which is which though it did disappear because I left it in the shower and didn’t let it dry properly. This is also a great way to test the product.
