Responsible – ergoPouch is partnered with the Guardian Childcare & Education upcycling resource program, ‘Exchange’. The program is designed to encourage sustainability in the community, inspire children in their centres to get creative and educate about the importance of upcycling and sustainability. ergoPouch donates clean-waste materials such as old product samples, material cut-offs, office materials and recyclable items to Guardian.
ergoPouch is affiliated with Red Nose Australia and regularly campaigns around safe sleep, fundraises and makes an annual donation to the charity. ergoPouch also provides product donations to Heart Kids, the Little Heroes Foundation, The Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute and Frontier Services. The company has pledged to donate $30,000 to The Australian Red Cross and RSPCA over a period of 3 years (2020 – 2022) in support of the bushfire recovery and relief.
ergoPouch’s factory in China provides the following for employees: a fair wage to all workers, all five insurances for workers as required by the government, good working conditions, up to 28 days maternity leave with wages, and the factory does not employ children.
I adore ergoPouch for how simple and versatile it is. The warmer tog has been so handy during the cooler spring nights, and the added room thermometer has been so handy to know how to best dress our Charlie for bed. I love that the filling is organic cotton and the fact I can choose to keep his arms in or out of the swaddle!
This is an outstanding product that is perfect for newborns. I have loved using this pouch when the weather is cooler as it helps keep bub super snug and warm – a must-have in winter! I’m very impressed with the pouch and love how bub feels so comfortable in it. Such a great idea and product.
I had a winter baby first and I found it such a struggle to find a swaddle which was warm enough and that I didn’t need to put layers over. I love that this swaddle is super warm but made from natural fibres which are breathable. Still stretchy enough for a snug fit, I love that this has popper buttons for when bub rolls and I need to transition their arms out! A double zip makes all the difference so that night time nappy changes are less wakeful. Beautifully made and I love the neutral colours.
