Responsible – Ekoroo by Eco Shop Co’s products are ethically made, FDA approved and vegan friendly. There is no plastic packaging used, opting for paper packaging instead and reusable cotton net bags where possible. The Australian owned business also uses recycled cartons sourced from local shops.
In partnership with i=change, Ekoroo by Eco Shop Co donate 1$ from every sale to an environmental project such as Greening Australia, and have also donated bamboo toothbrushes to the Australian Bushfire Relief and to FIJI Kids.
Finally, a bamboo toothbrush that’s end won’t go mouldy as it’s covered with a coloured tip – which also makes it easy to know who owns which brush in the family! The brush was kind on the gums with a round end and easy to use. A great eco toothbrush option.
The handle is comfortable to hold, and the shape of both the handle and head are well designed (the head reaches to my back teeth). The coloured tips made it easy to remember whose toothbrush is whose). Also a plus, the packaging was completely plastic-free.
I love that these toothbrushes have a painted bottom which not only helps identify them for different users but also protects the end from retaining moisture, meaning that it won’t mould if kept in a cup. I think it’s so great that when I’m finished with it I can just snap off the head and throw the rest in the compost!
I love that these bamboo toothbrushes are available in a variety of cute colours: since converting to bamboo toothbrushes, my husband keeps accidentally switching toothbrushes! The nylon bristles are sturdy yet soft and are recyclable.
I like that the brushes have a painted bottom so you can identify which toothbrush is yours and the bristles are a matching colour too. The bristles were nice and soft and cleaned my teeth well.
