Responsible –Ere Perez products are not tested on animals and are certified cruelty free by PETA and Choose Cruelty Free Australia. They are a predominantly vegan brand who do not use animal or animal-derived ingredients, with the exception of almond mascara, which contains beeswax. Their ingredients do not come from GMO sources.
Ere Perez have joined the UN Global Compact and are committed to the Sustainability Principles. They are also certified carbon neutral by The Carbon Reduction Institute.
I liked the light and non-greasy aspect of this product as well as the reusable bottle / pipette it’s housed in, which is an appealing and appropriate colour that matches the oil blend.
I love that it feels nourishing, hydrating, and it’s super quick-absorbing on my combination skin. I like that Ere Perez are big on recycling and educating their customers. The package came in a recyclable box, and the unit carton has badges that indicate that the carton is also recyclable, and made from responsible sources.
This is definitely a winning formula for those lacking hydration in their skin. I found with just one or two drops I was able to improve the appearance of my skin. I often find my face looks tired or dry, particularly after a long week or a few intense gym sessions, so this was certainly a pleasant surprise.
So incredibly lightweight, ‘nectar’ is a good word for it, as this product is bordering on serum territory despite being made of oils. It absorbs straight into the skin leaving it incredibly soft and non-greasy, making it perfect for all skin types including combination skin.
I personally adore this beautiful face oil, it’s my favourite in the Face Oil category. Turns out it’s a fantastic unisex skincare product, with my husband reporting that he loves the cedar scent and “how it makes my skin feel in the morning.” Touche!
