I enjoy how lightweight this oil is, which is perfect especially coming into summer. It feels lovely to apply and sinks into the skin well. In the morning my skin feels plump and hydrated. This company seems to cover all bases — ethical ingredients, certification to back up their claims and giving back to the community and charities.
The beautiful glass vial was the winning factor. This face oil will look appealing in anyone’s bathroom cupboard! Australian made, organic, cruelty-free: all top priorities for me and this brand. Their inclusion of helpful ingredients that I know are beneficial for the skin is also a big positive.
I love the blend of powerful healing ingredients- you don’t normally find Sacha Inchi, pumpkin seed and acai in a face oil. Not only nourishing but so healing. It is also virtually fragrance-free. I love that Eco Sonya is aiming for carbon-neutral manufacturing and their bio packaging initiative. I also admire that they have a not for profit product in their range.
I’d heard about the healing effects of this special oil from a friend and on the same day I received it my young daughter got a scratch near her eye. She’s not the quickest healer as she will take off the scab repeatedly. Twice a day application of this oil made it disappear surprisingly quickly and you can’t see it at all now. I have now started applying it to a few other scars too and am excited about the result.
What I really love about this product is that it contains ingredients to assist with scar healing. For the past few weeks, I have been applying it to a facial scar and I can see the scar both flattening and fading. I’m also a big fan of the packaging and the lovely unique scent- it reminds me of peanut brittle! Super lightweight so works well for daytime use.
