I love that this product is virtually odourless and it’s really easy to apply, being a mousse. It didn’t go as dark as I thought it might but the result ended up being very natural, which I liked. Not an orange tint in sight. It’s amazing Byron Bay Bronze use material recycled from ocean plastics – that really aligned with their brand and my values, and their charity donation is something I like as well.
I like the turn out of the colour and the minimal branding and eco packaging of this tanning foam. I value that this brand uses 100% ocean waste plastic and that they donate 1% of profits to a charity.
Definitely my favourite of all the tans that I tried in the Non-Toxic Awards. I found the fluffy mousse tan really easy to apply (once I had a mitt). When using tans I like them to look natural (just like I had spent a few weeks in Bali) and Byron Bay’s product definitely achieved this. My skin can sometimes be sensitive to tanning applications but this one caused no irritation. I highly recommend (and have already) others to purchase this tan. Love, love, love it!
This tan gives me a great lasting, natural looking bronzed colour (except for a patch on my foot – make sure to exfoliate properly!) I love that I can see what I’m doing when applying and can make sure it spreads evenly. It also actually smells nice, totally unlike most other tans! Easy to apply, though don’t be tempted to do it with your hands – a mitt is essential!
I left this tanning foam on for the minimum 20 minutes and was left with a very natural-looking dark tan. I absolutely love the tone: I look like I’ve been to Bali (or Byron!) Really easy to rinse off and I strongly suggest a tanning mitt for application. Odourless and doesn’t leave stains or streaks on your hands, elbows, wrists or ankles. I love that it comes in ocean waste packaging and that 1% of sales go to Wild Ark.
