All paper goods are made with recycled paper or cardboard and are recyclable/bridgeable, while no single-use plastic is used within the company. The company runs a project called ‘Bags of Love’ encouraging people to send in their pre-loved baby sleeping bags that they distribute to vulnerable families in need through a range of charitable organisations.
I love that this sleeping bag is so soft to touch and the fine merino lining would be a dream to sleep in. I also love the little hole which is a travel vent so you can transfer straight from the stroller or car to the bed. I was really impressed by the attention to detail with each component of the bag (even the clasps are nickel free) and that you can send the sleeping bags back to the company who will redistribute to families in need.
Lovely and lightweight, I really liked the use of linen on the outside of the sleeping bag and that the bag could also be aired out rather than having to be washed more frequently. It’s wonderful to note that all staff are against using single-use plastics in their homes. I really value a business that states their commitment to equality in the workplace and values its staff (and their safety) as a number one priority.
I love how the super fine and soft merino layer of this bag is on the inside as that is where merinos temperature regulating properties can work best. It is so much lighter and thinner than some others and being so breathable it is perfect for my son who can get eczema and heat rashes easily. Once my son is out of his winter bags, this lasts us all the other seasons!
The thing that strikes me most about this sleeping bag is how incredibly soft it is; Merino wool on the inside layer and organic cotton on the outer. Being wool, I love that it’s adaptable between temperatures of 18 and 30 degrees. Kept my 2-year-old comfortable through the interchangeable weather we are currently experiencing during Sydney’s Spring. Easy to take off and put on.
